  The nurses and doctors are amazing!! But unfortunately it's the poor attitude of the front desk, mostly "Bambi" that really make me want to leave this practice. Every time I call I am transferred to someone else without notice (Cut off!!!) and without her hearing the entirety of why I am calling. She is rude, disrespectful, and based on the other reviews I have read spanning almost 1 1/2 years, nothing is being done to discourage her abhorrent behavior toward the practice's loyal patients. As soon as I find another doctor within a reasonable distance I am OUT. And please know that I would really like to stay, but so long as this rude and disrespectful woman is there I cannot justify it any longer...
