  Well so far the guy doing the work on our a/c has been really nice. The problem is that this is a 2/10 warranty type issue and since we moved in the house in February the air has gone out on us 3 times since July. I’m hoping they will be upstanding and honest when they come tomorrow because this makes 3 times with the same issue.
